Les sans-papiers are looking for curious, energetic, optimistic, and creative people, in excellent physical shape, with a high technical level (floor work, partner work, being comfortable playing with physical opposition between tension and release work, anatomical awareness, durational work, theatricality, etc.) and who have a strong personal artistic identity. The use of improvisation, porous writing, and codified writing are part of the artistic approach of choreographer Charles-Alexis Desgagnés. A good ability to work both on stage and in front of a camera is essential, as well as a strong capacity for adaptation, active listening, courage, and non-violent communication skills.
